Saginor’s book is a candid and often disturbing account of her childhood, which was marked by neglect, sexual abuse, and drug addiction. She describes witnessing drug use and sexual activity at the mansion from a young age and being pressured to engage in sexual behavior with some of the men who frequented the mansion.
