In the book, Saginor recounts her experiences growing up as the daughter of a key executive at Playboy Enterprises and living at the Playboy Mansion during the 1970s and 1980s. Saginor’s book is a candid and often disturbing account of her childhood, which was marked by neglect, sexual abuse, and drug addiction. She describes witnessing drug use and sexual activity at the mansion from a young age and being pressured to engage in sexual behavior with some of the men who frequented the mansion.
