King Tatie’s fame just keeps growing! Due to the success of her first tour in 2012, she went on a second, international, tour in 2014. Her first stop was in Denver, Colorado, where she opened up for Soulja Boy at the Casselman’s Venue, a premier 8,000 square foot entertainment venue with a 1,200 person capacity. After watching her amazing performance, which was received greatly by the concertgoers, she attracted various music critiques, such as DumpVillain Entertainment, where she did an interview with them. King Tatie’s next destination was the United Arab Emirates, for the grand opening of the Chi at the Loge, an award winning and the biggest music venue in Dubai, with a capacity of 3000 people. She impressed the owner and after performing to a hyped and capacity filled audience, she has been asked her to perform again at Chi Lodge on her next Dubai leg of her tour, with dates to be announced.
King Tatie headed back to Africa, performing in an amazing show to 8000 people at the Chitungwiza Music Festival, where she rocked the house, and all her fans from Zimbabwe were excited to have her back there performing. This young artist’s next stop was Victoria Falls where she performed at the Boma Festival, before flying to Mozambique for an exclusive television interview with one of Mozambique’s most well respected music stations, Music Box Mozambique.
For her second to last stop on the World Tour, King Tatie flew back to her home country, England, where she performed a crazy show at the Southburgh Festival of World Music in Norfolk, which gained her so many new fans with her amazing concert; she received a standing ovation and the people of Norfolk can’t wait to have her back again. Local and international media, the likes of Dereham Times, North Norfolk News, Eastern Daily Press, Young Zimbabwe, New Zimbabwe, and the Zim Herald, featured her outstanding performance, earning her the title of “Star of the Show” due to her effortless stage presence and interaction with the crowd. Ireland was her last stop, where she performed at the YouBloom Music Conference and Festival, an international ‘global music village’ which provides grounding for emerging artists in all aspects of music and business.
