Canadian born, award- winning actress Susie Oliver hosted one of Canada’s biggest LIVE Comedy venues “Yuk Yuks” before acting gigs brought her to LA in 2005. With Dual Citizenship and the transition to LA, the actress quickly went from stage to big screen with 2 Warner Bros pictures, “Virginia” and “Short Fuse”. Then, after an intense 2-year stint at 2 prestigious films schools in L.A., the actress launched MYSTIC MOON ENTERTAINMENT in 2010, hosting both television & feature divisions. MME is a vehicle for the filmmaker in ventures as an actress and screenwriter and acts in collaboration in production for both domestic & international rewards.
Currently, Oliver has a reoccurring in a director Jon Artigo’s new webisode called “Get a Job” and recently shot a guest appearance in a Mockumentary/Documentary called “God Jokes”. Anonymous Content is currently producing her latest script “Bangkok 6” based on the True Life events of Shirley McGreal a remarkable woman recently honored the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth. Susie is contracted to play Diane Snow in the feature, a supporting character and she also co-wrote the piece with Kevin Bernhardt (Peaceful Warrior). Her latest film; a Paranormal/Conspiracy/Thriller “Untitled” with is wrapping development with Producer Tony Riviera which Ms. Oliver is contracted as a screenwriter and actress. Other projects currently in works include packaging for Michael Radford’s “King Lear” starring Al Pacino and an Action/Adaption/True Story based on Danny Martins award winning novel “In the Hat”… the film featuring the same title.

Susie started modeling in her teens, which led to training at the Toronto school of Arts for acting where she won “Best Actress of the Year” in her graduating class. This sent her to New York, N.Y. where she competed against 887 actresses across all of N. America. Ms. Oliver won Best Dramatic actress as well as 2nd in best supporting. Also sweeping away 2 other awards for Best actress in monologue and comedy. A master graduate of Baron Brown’s Sanford Meisner/Adler studio Susie Oliver belongs to an alumni of talent including Anthony Hopkins, Susan Sarandon, Robert De Niro, Tom Hanks, Halle Berry and more respected fellow artists.
At 19yrs. old she opened a 110 seat bistro on the waterfront with entertainment every night just N. of Toronto. The 2 careers kept her busy until she found her way down to the city of Angels.
