Technology Fest Bend, Abbajay, The Oxford Hotel

The Bend Technology Fest in Bend Oregon experienced another year of success. The Oxford Hotel was the location for this years Tech Fest sponsored by David A. Abbajay owner of Abbajay Aoutomated Control Systems. It was all smiles when greeted by the front check in staff as they handed out complimentary drink tickets and swag bags full of information from the vendors that had products on display. We were impressed with the home entertainment displays that Abbajay offers. Some of the vendors included energy saving systems from Bend Home Heating & Cooling. Rick Secor gave us a demonstration on some of the air purifying systems that Bend Home & Heating offer. Lutron Electronics offered smart energy saving solutions for the home as well. James Gentes , Founder & CEO of The Social Business was on hand with Rys Fairbrother to explain strategic social marketing for small business and the new APP “GOOD PEEPLE” you can download on iTunes. Susanna Enghouse from Bend Broadband was educating the guests on the new services they offer and had plenty of complimentary Bend Broadband VOD coupons to give out. There were plenty of people downtown Bend due to this weekends Summerfest so the added foot traffic brought in a few extra people into the tech show. “This year we plan to see a larger attendance and excited about the future with the improving economy”, said David A. Abbajay.
