Bill Houskeeper filmed a whopping total of 4 independent films in 2014, quite frankly, turning him into one of the busiest working actors, you’ve never heard of. Bill Housekeeper is slowly becoming a known acting force to be reckoned with in Hollywood with consistent work and a fierce dedication to his craft. Recently Bill was cast once again, to work with BAFTA nominated Director Rob Walker to work on his upcoming project “Judge Ice”. He has already filmed 8 films in the last two years. One of these films entitled “Let Me Out” which came out just a few weeks ago, and “The Magician” which will be out soon.
The darker aspect of film is something that Bill seems to be drawn to: he will be taking roles in two more horror films soon – in one, he is the killer, and in the other he will play a very unlucky scientist. Houskeeper has already seen one of his biggest inspirations at work: David Strathern. It is Bill Houskeeper’s wish in the future to be able to co-star with him, and he already feels that he has learned so much from David just because he has been able to see him work.
Bill says he’s always known that he wanted to act, and bring people to a closer understanding of what other people in the world experience. That is why, from a very young age, he took acting classes and joined different drama groups. He wanted to be prepared for the acting world that was out there, and through this time he gained a huge amount of experience – standing him in good stead when he started training as an adult at Playhouse West.
For future roles, Bill of course, is very open to portraying other characters, but for now Hollywood has embraced him as the dark, underground character that audiences continue to be drawn to. In real life however, this is just one of the many special characteristics Bill has, which will no doubt take him to great heights in the world of acting and we can’t wait to see what he does next!
